oAs History and Information
oAs are a Casual Australian Gaming CLan, formed January 2009 oAs gathered a loyal group of members which over time have grown into the larger group of players who are very skilled and dedicated players but at the same time very friendly and very casual guys.
oAs Formed in a time of large, structured, competitive clans which all based the standing of a clans reputation by their scores in clan wars, oAs tryed to steer clear of this competitive stereotype of how a clan should be run and based themselves on creating a new age of clans surrounded by the values and standards which quickly became known as Casual Gaming.
For a long time oAs supported this Casual style of gaming on their own, though it was becoming more evident that it was a building trend within the PSN gaming community. The clan supported Casual Gaming alone for almost a year until late 2009 where Sk8rMatt joined forces with the CLANZ community also known as the Casual League of Australia and New Zealand.
From CLANZ rebirth in early 2010 oAs became a big part of the community and continue to put a large effort in improving the ever growing community.
Being a Casual clan doesn't mean that oAs can't compete competitively. oAs have a reputation of being an extremely organised and skilled group who are determined and focused to their goals.
Therefor oAs have been hugely successful in their competitive endovors within multiple games and throughout multiple events and tournaments run by CLANZ.
oAs is a clan that has had a huge amount of change over the long period of time that the clan has seen. These changes come into play to improve the experience of members and keep oAs a tight, organised and fun group.
We also go out of our way to give members chances to become more then just guys who play games together. We are constantly communicating over mulitiple medias such as Skype, MSN and PSN Chats, we also have friendships outside of the PSN setting and have had highly successful meet-ups with planned meet-ups taking place all over australia.
We run as a community, most loyal members move up within ranks but we still have a place for people who arnt hardcore gamers, your time within oAs completely relies on you, the more you put into oAs, the more you will get out of oAs.
oAs have a very organised ranking system which relates to how much each member contributes to oAs, this determines how high a rank a member will achieve;
oAs* is the symbol of the recruit, a member representing oAs* will be a new member and is still working through thier recruitment stage into oAs.
oAs~ is the symbol of a full member of oAs, this is the symbol of a member who makes it through thier recruitment stage and becomes a full member of the clan.
oAs! is the symbol of the high ranking member, this symbol is awarded to those who have proven themself worthy of the high ranks of oAs, this rank holds members who have shown extreme dedication to the clan.
oAs+ is the symbol of the board of leaders, this rank holds all leaders, member leaders, game leaders, managers and members who have shown the highest amount of dedication, it is extremely difficult to recieve a place on the board of leaders as they are hand picked from Sk8rMatt and the board, only a few members who were not original members have made it to oAs+.

We are a clan who are proudly active in the CLANZ Community, we are very active within casual gaming events such as tournaments, game nights and meetings.

Recruitment
In regards to recruiting oAs have a very different system to normal clans, all people who wish to be recruited into oAs need to fill out a recruitment form, if you are intersted you must contact Sk8rMatt on the Playstaion Network then you will be mailed a recruitment form with instructions at the bottom of the message.

oAs Code Of Conduct
1) Always wear the clan-tag suited to your rank.
2) always represent oAs.
3) The board of leaders can vote to remove members from clans with leaders consent.
4) Only the leader has the abilty to reward promotions.
5) No Changing to other clans/being in multiple clans.
6) Represent oAs even more by putting the tag in your PSN comment
7) No Clan related decisions without complete board of leaders consent.
8) ALL New members must take a recruit level for at least a week.
9) DONT TALK ABOUT FIGHT CLUB.
